We saw 7 sales of Whistler Property for the week. The biggest being 3343 Lakeside Drive a waterfront property on Alta Lake for $3,310,000. This 4 bed/4bath house offered 2900 sq feet of space and had been listed for $3,500,000. This was the 6th sale for Whistler over $3,000,000 in 2010.

The remaining 6 sales showed even distribution through out the market ranging from a one bedroom condo in Lost Lake Lodge for $321,000 and 1.5 in Woodrun for $548,000 to a vacant lot in Kadenwood for $885,000 and a Heights townhouse for $1,570,000.
