Whistler real estate saw a fairly busy week for property sales leading up to Christmas Day. Normally this is when the market slows for the holiday period, but this year we 10 property sales in Whistler, BC for the week of December 19 to 25, 2016. We saw 4 condo sales between $165,000 and $1,800,000, 4 townhouse sales between $385,000 and $1,100,000, 1 vacant land sale at $1,690,000 and 1 chalet sale at $1,815,000.
