We saw 23 new property listings hit the Whistler real estate market and our active Whistler property listings total is at 160. The large increase in new listings can be attributed to 14 new vacant land listings coming on in the Wedgewoods subdivision, which is a realatively new subdivsion just pas Emerald Estates, heading towards Pemberton.
