We saw 5 sales of Whistler Property for the week. Three single family homes sold, with the highest sale being a home on Alta Lake for $3,750,000. This was the fifth sale this year of over $3,000, 000 in Whistler ahead 2008 where we only saw 3 sales over $3,000,000 by this point last year. The two other sales for the week were 2 condos one at the base of Blackcomb in Glacier Lodge for a one bedroom loft at $575,000 and the other in Whistler Creekside for 3 bedroom Sundance condo at $650,000.
