We saw 9 sales of Whistler Property for the week. This equaled the high of the last 10 weeks and was up significantly from the previous 3 weeks sales volume. The biggest sale being a home on Alta Lake for $3,520,000. This was the 6th sale over $3,000,000 for Whistler in 2009, surpassing the total of 5 for all of 2008. We saw 6 condo sales for the week ranging from $289,000 for a one bedroom Town Plaza to $725,000 for two bedroom Pan Pacific Lodge suite. The remaining 2 sales for the week were 2 single family homes in Whistler Creek.
