We saw double digit sales again this week with 10 sales of Whistler Property for the week ending August 22, 2010. We saw double digit sales again this week with 10 sales of Whistler Property for the week ending August 22, 2010.  Our largest  sale of the week was also our 9th sale this year over $3,000,000.  6-4700 Glacier Drive a 5bed/5 bath townhouse on slopes of Whistler/Blackcomb in the Pinnacle Ridge complex sold for $3,000,000.  

Our next highest sale was 22nd this year over $2,000,000 at$2,080,000 for 3012 Alpine Crescent in Alta Vista a 11bed/10.5 bath chalet zoned a pension or Bed and Breakfast.   

We had two more sales over the million mark for the week 2070 Squaw Valley Crescent a 4bed/3.5bath duplex in Whistler Creekside for $1,675,000 and 3012 St Anton Way in Blueberry a 4/2.5 bath chalet with a 2 bed suite for $1,010,000.

The next two sales were both on the Blackcomb Benchlands.  21 Mountain Star a 3bed/2bath townhouse adjacent Blackcomb Mountain sold for $995,000 and 226 the Aspens a 2bed/2bath condo sold for $570,000.

We saw 2 sales in Northstar in Whistler Village.  113 Northstar a 2bed/2bath sold for $580,000 and 98 Northstar a 1bed/1bath sold for $418,000.

Our last two sales were a employee restricted townhouse 6 Suncrest a 3bed/2bath for $445,000 and 2-2110 Whistler Road in the Whistler Vale a 3bed/3bath townhouse for $398,000.
