After a week of only 3 sales last week the Whistler real estate market rebounded sharply with 12 sales for the week ending September 5, 2010.

We saw double digit sales again this week with 12 sales of Whistler Property for the week ending September 5, 2010.  The only sale over a million dollars this week was 8422 Golden Bear Place a vacant lot on the Nicklaus North Golf course for $1,110,000.  Our second largest  sale of the week was 24-2641 Whistler Road a 3.5bed/2 bath townhouse  adjacent Whistler/Blackcomb in the Powderwood complex sold for $857,000.  

Our next 2 highest sale were 36- 4652 Blackcomb Way a 3 bed/2 bath townhouse in the Woods complex for $869,000 and 3164 St Moritz Crescent in Blueberry Hill for  $675,000.  

The next 2 sales were on the Blackcomb Benchlands.  32 Foxglove a 2bed/2bath townhouse sold for $655,000 and 332-4573 Chateau Boulevard a condo in Glacier Lodge sold for $606,000. 

Bayshores subdivision saw 2 townhouse sales on Brandywine Way.  51-2222 Brandywine Way a 3.5 bed/2 bath townhouse with a nanny suite sold for $565,000 and 69-2222 Brandywine Way a 3 bed/2 bath townhouse sold for $489,000.

Our last four sales were a 2 bed/2 bath condo in Town Plaza 325-4314 Main Street  for $455,000, 2 Whiski Jack 3 bed/2 bath townhouse for $454,500, 433 Aspens a 1 bed/1 bath condo for $365,000 and lastly 5-2247 Sapporo Drive  1bed/1bath townhouse in Gondola Village for $295,000.
