The highest sale being 602-4910 Spearhead Place for $1,100,000 for 3.5bed/2.5bath condo in Woodrun complex on the slopes of Whistler/ Blackcomb on the Blackcomb Benchlands. This was the only sale for the week over $1,000,000 in Whistler, BC.

The next highest sale for the week  was 7-4628 Blackcomb Way a 3 bed/2 bath townhouse Alpine Greens complex on the Blackcomb Benchlands for $925,000.  This was followed by 2612 Callaghan Drive a Bayshores duplex unit with 4.5 bed/2.5 bath unit for $765,000.  

Blacktusk Village which is just outside the Municipal of boundary of Whistler, but bit of secret hidden gem and considered by most to be part of Whistler has some great value for single family homes.  As seen by the sale of 56 Rockridge Drive a 3bed/2.5bath house for $490,000.

Our final 3 sales for the week were all condos.  Starting with 218-4360 Lorimer Road in Market Place Lodge in Whistler Village, 1.5 bedroom/1bath unit for $403,000.  This was followed by 317-4800 Spearhead Drive in the Aspens a 1 bed/1bath condo on the side of Whistler/Blackcomb Mountain for $365,000.  The last sale of the week was 619-4899 Painted Cliff Road, a Phase 2 studio condo, also on the side of Whistler Blackcomb Mountain for $117,000. Click here to view the sold listing details for all these properties.
