With the holiday season upon us, it was a very quiet week for property sales in Whistler with only 3 sales. The first sale showed some of the deals buyers are currently finding in Whistler Real Estate market. A 3 bedroom/2 bathroom 1259 sq foot townhouse unit in Treeline on the Blackcomb Benchlands that was orginally listed for $879,000 sold for $675,000.
Our final two sales of the week were both in Whistler Creekside steps from the ski lifts. 211-2050 Lake Placid Road a 1bed/1bath unit in Lake Placid Lodge sold for $285,000. 22-2217 Marmot Place a 1bed/1bath townhouse in Powderview sold for $250,000.
