We saw 21 property sales for Whistler real estate for the week ending August 25, 2013. This is the first time I have seen over 20 sales for a week since I started my Blog in March of 2009 . For those who have regularly being following my Whistler Real Estate Blog, you know that seeing 2 weeks in a two month period with 17 sales and 21 sales is a record high. These are clear indicators that we're seeing an upward change in the market.
We saw 8 condo sales between $32,000 and $680,000, 8 townhouse sales between $225,000 and $1,550,000, 1 duplex sale at $530,000, 1 vacant lot sale at $1,140,000 and 4 chalet sales between $825,000 and $1,650,000.
