We're seeing the continued impact of COVID-19 on the Whistler real estate market through the first 2 weeks of April 2020.  For the week of April 6 to 12, 2020, we saw 1 property sale of a condo for $675,000. 

The good news is that market is starting to see sales in the last 2 weeks of April 2020 pick up. I always wait about 14 days before posting my real estate market reports for the sales to post in our Whistler Listing System and already for the week of April 20 to 26 we have 4 property sales and I expect that number to go up!

Our listing inventory has not been going up and is at 288 active listings. To give some context on February 23, 2020, we were at 284 active listings. Looking back in April 2013, we had 557 active listings and in April 2010 when we were over 800!  Click here to view the new listings for the week.
