There were 7 property sales in the Whistler real estate market for the week of January 6 to 12, 2020. 

We saw 2 condo sales between $423,000 and $500,000, 3 townhouse sales between $485,000 and $1,750,000 and  2 chalet sales between $880,000 and $2,600,000.

There were 5 property sales in the Whistler real estate market for the week of December 30, 2019 to January 5, 2020. 

We saw 1 condo sale at 220,000, 2 townhouse sales between $1,600,000 and $2,275,000 and  2 chalet sales between $850,000 and $1,539,000.

The last full week of 2019, was a very quiet property sales on the Whistler real estate market.  We saw only 4 property sales for the week of December 23 to 29, 2019.  Generally, we see a slow down in sales volume in Whistler during the Christmas holiday period and this year held true to the norm.

We saw 2 condo sales between $570,000 and $640,000, 1 townhouse sale at $1,480,000 and 1 chalet sale at $2,900,000.
