Our highest sale for the week was 3426 Blueberry Drive a 4 bed/6 bath, 3493 sq feet house in Blueberry Hill Estates for $2,600,000. This property was listed for $3,500,000, so the purchaser negotiated quite the reduction. The BC Assessment Authority had the property value at $3,263,000.

This is our second sale of the year over $4,000,000 in 2011 and both were in the Four Seasons Private Residences.

The original asking price was $1,249,000 when it was listed on October 20, 2010.

The highest sale of the week was 233/234-4591 Blackcomb Way a 2bed/2bath suite in the luxrious Four Seasons hotel. The original list price for the condo was $849,000, so the Buyer got quite the deal.
