We saw 7 sales of Whistler real estate for the week ending April 10, 2011. This include two sales over the $2,000,000 mark and give us twelve sales over $2,000,000 mark for 2011. Our highest sale of the week was7114 Nesters Road in the Nesters neighborhood of Whistler. This 7 bed/5.5 bath, 5200 sq foot house sold for $2,900,000. We saw 7 sales of Whistler real estate for the week ending April 3, 2011. Our highest sale of the week was 1581 Tynebridge Lane in Spring Creek neighborhood of Whistler. This 4 bed/3.5 bath, 3000 sq foot house sold for $1,650,000 which was down $305,000 from it's original asking price.
