The highest sale being 3321 Panorama Ridge in Brio for $1,915,000 for 4bed/2.5bath house. 9376 Emerald Drive a 2 bed/1.5 bath house with a 3 bed suite in Emerald Estates sold for $420,000. You have to go back to August 31, 2000 to see a sale at this low a sale price for a Whistler single family house.
This is the largest unit in complex. On price per sq foot the last sale was at $405/per sq foot in January 2010. Right now this Whistler Townhouse is priced at $357/per sq foot making it a great buy!
Just reduced this Whistler 2 bed/2bath Greystone condo on the slopes of Whistler Blackcomb to $550,000.
We saw 9 sales of Whistler Property for the week ending October 17, 2010. The highest sale being a Snowy Creek townhouse adjacent the Whistler/Blackcomb Gondola for $2,000,000. 4-4501- Blackcomb Way in Snowy Creek was listed for $2,500,000. The last10 sales in Snowy Creek had been over $2,500,000 going back to 2003. This points to the value some Buyers are finding in the Whistler real estate market.
51-4335 Northlands Blvd is a great 480 sq foot studio townhouse located in the Lagoons complex of Whistler Village for $280,000
