This was the only sale for the week over $1,000,000 in Whistler, BC.
There is nothing better then waking up in the morning and having the convenience of only being steps from the ski lifts in Whistler. These type of properties have been always been at a premium on the Whistler real estate market. Right now though we have some great pricing a nd property options available starting at $199,000 and up.
We saw 10 sales of Whistler Property for the week ending November 14, 2010. The highest sale being 42-4150 Tantalus Drive for $1,755,000 for 4bed/4bath Northern Lights townhouse. The next highest sale for the week was 17-2269 Nordic Drive a 3bed/2.5 bath townhouse in the Ridge in Taluswood sold for $1,000,000.

I decided to take a look at the property sales numbers for the month of October for the last decade for real estate in Whistler, BC. I used the Whistler Listing System to track the sales numbers. Here's the stats for the years 2000 to 2010 for Whistler Property sales:

We saw 7 sales of Whistler Property for the week ending October 17, 2010. The highest sale being 3321 Panorama Ridge in Brio for $1,915,000 for 4bed/2.5bath house. 9376 Emerald Drive a 2 bed/1.5 bath house with a 3 bed suite in Emerald Estates sold for $420,000. You have to go back to August 31, 2000 to see a sale at this low a sale price for a Whistler single family house.
This is the largest unit in complex. On price per sq foot the last sale was at $405/per sq foot in January 2010. Right now this Whistler Townhouse is priced at $357/per sq foot making it a great buy!
Just reduced this Whistler 2 bed/2bath Greystone condo on the slopes of Whistler Blackcomb to $550,000.
