You have to go back to August 31, 2000 to see a sale at this low a sale price for a Whistler single family house.
This is the largest unit in complex. On price per sq foot the last sale was at $405/per sq foot in January 2010. Right now this Whistler Townhouse is priced at $357/per sq foot making it a great buy!
