His comments were "This is temporary—it will recover. The market is reacting with wild gyrations because of a real lack of sold information. It has already priced in a massive amount of negative economic data to come—and it might have priced in a much worse-case scenario than what actually unfolds (clearly, there is very negative short term data to come…this goes without saying)."

The last full week of 2019, was a very quiet property sales on the Whistler real estate market.  We saw only 4 property sales for the week of December 23 to 29, 2019.  Generally, we see a slow down in sales volume in Whistler during the Christmas holiday period and this year held true to the norm.

We saw 2 condo sales between $570,000 and $640,000, 1 townhouse sale at $1,480,000 and 1 chalet sale at $2,900,000.
